Price Information

Our prices are dynamic and may vary depending on availability.

  • All prices are subject to a tourist tax for all guests aged 14 and over.
  • NEW: The price includes the GUEST CARD (mobilcard) for free use of all public transportation in South Tyrol.
  • Prices are based on double occupancy and a minimum stay of three nights. All prices include electricity, water, heating, and taxes. Use of the indoor pool, whirlpool, and all saunas during designated times is also included.
  • Dogs are permitted only upon explicit request and at a daily rate of EUR 13.00 (up to 3 kg) or EUR 17.00 (excluding food). Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room or the wellness area.
  • Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.
  • Each unit has a free parking space in our garage; charging stations for electric cars are available for a fee. Bicycles can be parked and charged free of charge in the bicycle room.

Good to know

The apartments, holiday homes, rooms and suites are available from approximately 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure. Luggage storage and use of the swimming pool and garden area are available until your final departure.

Cancellations are only accepted in writing.

If you arrive late, fail to arrive at all, or cut your booked hotel stay short, cancellation fees will be charged in accordance with EU regulations.

There is no right of withdrawal as defined by the Consumer Protection Code; however, we offer the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before arrival will incur a fee of 40% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival will incur a fee of 60% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made between 7 and 2 days before arrival will incur a fee of 80% of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made up to 1 day before arrival will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking amount.
  • In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will apply to the booked but unused days, regardless of whether the booked unit can be partially or fully re-let.

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.

Upon booking, we request a deposit via bank transfer. The remaining balance is payable directly at the accommodation upon arrival. Alternatively, the full amount can be paid immediately via bank transfer.
