Sustainability is a natural part of everything we do. Our team comes from the local area, we serve mainly regional products at breakfast, and our fresh drinking water comes directly from the spring above the hotel. Photovoltaic panels and heat pumps help ensure an energy-efficient and resource-friendly supply, while waste reduction, careful recycling, and short transport routes are all part of our daily commitment.
For these efforts, we have been awarded the South Tyrol Sustainability Label – Level 2. Independently audited, the label recognises our ongoing commitment to environmental, social, economic, and responsible corporate governance standards, as well as our continuous improvement in all these areas.
Bed linen, towels, and kitchen towels are provided during your stay and can be replaced at reception whenever required. We also offer a laundry service for personal clothing for an additional charge. Guests staying in our apartments and holiday apartments may request daily housekeeping for the respective accommodation.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored and charged free of charge in our secure, lockable bike room. If you would like to hire a bike or e-bike, we will be happy to arrange this through one of our partner companies. Your rental bike will be delivered directly to the hotel and collected again after your stay.
Each accommodation includes one complimentary parking space in our underground garage. Charging stations for electric vehicles are available for an additional fee.
Dogs are welcome by prior arrangement and for an additional charge. Out of consideration for all our guests, we kindly ask that dogs are kept on a lead throughout the property. For hygiene reasons, dogs are not permitted in the breakfast room or the wellness area.
